We are still in the ICU and Acey is still on the ventilator. He now has pneumonia, and the lungs aren't looking too great at this time. He is breathing better but is still needing assistants from the respirator. Acey had a MRI the other day and there were no signs of new complications and everything look pretty much the same as before. Today he is going to have a spinal tap done to see what his white blood cell count is, we are hoping that his numbers are lower then 55.
Ahhh man! So sorry "J"! Keep those positive vibes comin! Lower than 55, lower than 55!!! Massive prayers constantly!! Acey, keep fighting!!!!!!! You are going to beat this! What a story you will have to tell those grandkids of yours! Love you guys!!
ReplyDeleteI echo what Teresa said. Yea, AH MAN!!! I am chanting with her, "Low numbers, low numbers, lower than 55..." God bless you, Acey and you, Jalyn. I am with Teresa on believing that you can overcome. Seems so daunting, I am certain but I really truly believe that you are gonna come thru a WINNER!!!! Today my specific prayer(s) "God, help Acey thru this latest obstacle-the pneumonia and for it to not present itself again. Heal his lungs. May his numbers/white cell count measure lower than 55. In fact, much lower and continue to decrease. Thank you for the MRI results which indicated no new complications. Thank you that Acey was close to the care/facilities he needed the other day before being put on a ventilator. Thank you for all the blessings so far and please continue to bless Acey." Yes, you do have a "book" to write and a must share. You are incredible, Acey. You must be so weary from this battle that you have been fighting for weeks. May you continue to be given the strength to face further challenges, to endure and PREVAIL!!! Hope to see you home soon. Well played, Acey. Hang tough. Remember, you've got quite the line up on TEAM ACEY! Love, Dona D. & Family P.S. One last request/prayer: God give him, Acey what no man/doctor or even himself can give...that miracle to heal what they/he cannot...adding to Acey's indomitable spirit, unfaltering faith. :) Thank you.
