Update April 18th 8:17 pm
Acey is out of ICU and back on the floor. The game plan now is to wait a few days to see how his body will react to the plasma phoreisis, then they will access him again to see which way to go with his treatments. The pneumonia is better, the MRI and the spinal tap is the same as before. Now it's just a waiting game.

Last weekend when I was at my grandma's who is close to joining her husband on the other side, had this poem sitting on a desk in her room and it touched my heart and I wanted to share. I not only thought of my own problems and trials, but as I read it I thought of Acey and what you are facing and it brought tears to my eyes and I know our Father in Heaven loves you beyond measure. It brought comfort as I read this, I hope it does the same for you. Love you guys very much!

So pleased to hear he is out of ICU and the pneumonia has improved. :) Hoping the plasma treatment was successful and continued prayers for his healing and the guidance for the doctors. Stay strong, Acey. Up that mountain you go! :) May God continue to bless you, your family and the team of doctors and attending staff. Also, hoping you don't have any nurses that are ornery. LOL. Happy Birthday Acey!!!!! Hope that you are feeling better today. Even the smallest improvement is a victory. You are constantly in the thoughts and prayers of all of us. I don't remember a time in my life when you haven't been a part of it.....you have always been like a big brother to me! Love you tons!!
