We have a friend who had similar symptoms and stumped the doctors for awhile too. His sight was delayed, he lost motor skills, and all his CT/MRI scans came back clear. He ended up being diagnosed with Miller-Fisher syndrome by a neurospecialist. He has since made a full recovery. Hope this can help. You're all in our prayers. Anhder family
